Inside the Blind River Uranium Refinery

In the jargon of the uranium industry, the chemical solution containing the valuable uranium trioxide is called “OK liquor”. Here, inside the Blind River Refinery, a worker rests his hand on a pipe containing OK liquor, where it flows out from the bottom of the huge solvent extraction columns.
