Thus, investing in nuclear power actually prevents us from solving the\u00a0<small>CO<\/small><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><sub>2<\/sub><\/span>\u00a0problem by squandering precious capital that could be used far more effectively to meet our energy needs while protecting the atmosphere.
